1. Delivery Coverage

Currently, we exclusively ship to UK Mainland addresses. We ensure that your commercial stock reaches your business premises safely and on time.

2. Dispatch & Cut-Off Time

We know how crucial timely stock replenishment is for your business operations:

• Our daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM.
• Orders placed and verified before 5:00 PM are processed and dispatched on the very same day.

3. Delivery Timeframe

Standard delivery across UK mainland takes approximately 48 hours from the time of dispatch.

4. Standard & Bulk / Pallet Delivery Options

Depending on the volume and nature of your wholesale order, we offer tailored fulfillment solutions:

• Standard Parcels: Handled via trusted nationwide courier networks for regular wholesale quantities.
• Bulk & Pallet Deliveries: For heavy-duty or large commercial orders, we partner with specialized road freight and trucking networks to ensure safe, secure, and efficient palletized transport directly to your designated loading bay or warehouse.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, volume, and delivery destination of your order. Any specific pallet delivery charges will be clearly displayed prior to final payment confirmation.
